What primarily drives my work is the tension of form in relation to the body. This can be explored through space, movement, and texture to reveal more abstract concepts such as; thoughts, emotion, enhancement, torture, and criticism. By seeking the essence of fashion theory and historical aesthetics of wearable art, I mean to transcend the traditions of costume while commenting on the transparency of fashion describing both human intellect and primitive nature.
